Important: You must be on the Standalone version of OneDrive for Mac to use the Apple silicon preview. If you aren't on the 'Standalone' version, you can find it on the OneDrive release notes. Under About Microsoft OneDrive, next to your build number there should also be 'Standalone' (see the screenshot below). To restart OneDrive manually, select the cloud icon on the taskbar, then select Help & Settings > Quit OneDrive. To update more quickly, restart OneDrive manually. It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be moved to Insiders. Under About Microsoft OneDrive, select the checkbox to join the OneDrive Insiders preview. Select the cloud icon on the taskbar. A blue cloud icon will open OneDrive for work or school, and a white cloud icon will open OneDrive for home.
